preferred method for screwing composite decking

i just completed my third composite decking job(the bridge) and tried countersinking the screws to help control mushrooming as opposed to my first two decks by running the screws deep and hammering the mushroom flush.(not my choice). what is your preferred method of screwing composite decking and........

The existing window stool had a 15 degree bevel, and the bottom sash had a matching bevel taken out of it. The owner wants Marvin inserts. I am converting a tub/shower to just a walk in shower. Not sure if I should use a backer board of some type [recomendations] and if I should use the Kerdi or Noble facbric that is embedded in thinset or just put two coats of Red Guard on top of sloped base and of course the walls......

Im doing a Master Bed/Bath remodel, the shower is 5' x5' tile floor. Does anybody frame the floor with a slope, then pan it. A contractor friend recommended this to avoid water sitting on the pan and allowing mold to form if its used alot. He also seals the mud bfore the tile goes on. E......
