The air conditioning condensate drain empties into this plugged floor drain which has a hole drilled in it. If this floor drain has water in the trap is there anything wrong with this? This install reduces the vent diameter and I was going to write it up. But then I wondered why would someone extend the vent? The install manual only addresses the intake clearance.
